Who’s Sue?
Hi! I’m Katie, Founder of Mama Sue’s.
So, clearly I’m not Sue. But my mum is! And she’s my inspo.
After a solid career in fine dining, I hung up my chef's whites a few years back to bring superlative sausages and burgers to the North West’s street food scene.
Since then, I’ve grown a team, and we’re all equally passionate about bringing an inimitable, sausage-centric experience to every event we cater.
We even collaborate with our local butcher to customise and create our sumptuous, fresh sausages from scratch.
So, when we say “you can’t get hotdogs like these anywhere else”, we’re not joking!
‘Dogs of distinction
Nobody bedazzles a hotdog like Mama Sue
Anyone can chuck a sausage in a bun and call it a “hotdog”.
But for us, it’s the bells and whistles that matter. That’s why we customise our sausages and serve each one on a bakery-fresh roll, topped with all sorts of delectable goodies.
SUE’S SIGNATURES:
Club Tropicana: Gouda, crispy bacon and pineapple chutney
Oktoberfest: sauerkraut, mustard and crispy onions.
What’s more, all our sauces and relishes are homemade from mouth-wateringly fresh ingredients.
Not a ‘dog lover?
We whip up an excellent Sloppy Joe, stuffed full of barbecue pulled pork or brisket, Gouda and dill pickles—served with a smile on a soft, fluffy roll.
And let’s not forget Sue’s veggie and vegan friends. There are plant-based swapouts for every one of our delicious menu offerings.
